COHRE supports community to learning more about civic rights in order to empower broadminded citizenry hence fostering active engagement, promoting accountability, and strengthening democratic processes. When individuals understand their rights and responsibilities, they are better equipped to participate meaningfully in the public sphere, advocate for their interests, and hold institutions accountable. This enhances conditions for a stable and functioning society, enabling citizen to actively engage in public life, including political processes.

We engage in Civics Education, integrating comprehensive civics education to equip future generations with the knowledge and skills necessary for active citizenship.

 Community-Based Initiatives; Working with community to engage marginalized populations understand the legal framework, broaden civic participation and cultivate local leadership. Promoting Inclusivity; Ensuring that all segments of the population, especially marginalized groups, are included in civic processes and have their rights protected as we work to foster nondiscrimination, equity and confronting violations through education.
